Just outside of Badlands. There isn’t much out here. Farms and I can’t help but wonder how hard the winters are. A paved road curves gently to my left. These birds and the red dirt are what pulled me in. Big chunky mailboxes that require a several mile drive to get checked. The wet tracks. Camera out the window and hope to get lucky.
